JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for high energy, hardworking, and all-around happy people to join our team and learn all the skills/art of being a barista! You must love talking to people, have a passion for customer service, and enjoy a super-fast paced coffee environment!
REQUIREMENTS -
PERSONAL BARISTA SKILLS – Existing or learned ability to create amazing specialty drinks efficiently every time.
STORE OPERATIONS – Capability to assist in stock (ability to lift up to 50lbs), plan and operate a drive thru only coffee shop, (ability to stand for 8+ hours) and quality cash handling skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – Genuine care to give the perfect start to the customers day & build loyalty.
ORGANIZATION – Keep a clean, safe, organized & efficient environment for team & customers.
GOALS – Understanding goals for service times, quality control, and training.
TEAM - Ability to positively work with a team & and keep a vibrant team culture.
BENEFITS- $14-$14.50 per hour depending on qualifications. Tips shared with the Crew. FREE Drink/Food item on shift. Extensive training on Barista skills, knowledge of our company, operations, customer service, making amazing products, and working with an outstanding team.
