Job Description

Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter

Location: Irving, TX

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (overtime may be required based on hiring volume)

Type of Employment: Contract-to-Hire

Compensation: $26.00 – $31.25 / hour

Industry: Skilled Trades

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our client’s growing team in Irving, TX. This position is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on high-volume hiring of skilled trade professionals. The ideal candidate is bilingual, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct phone screenings and schedule in-person interviews with skilled trade candidates
  • Facilitate and lead in-person interviews, including administering trade-specific assessments
  • Accurately evaluate and rank candidates based on qualifications and assessment performance
  • Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and documentation throughout the hiring process
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
  • Communicate regularly with internal teams regarding candidate progress and onboarding schedules
  • Support additional recruiting needs as they expand into other field and management roles
  • Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and communication systems

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in skilled trades or industrial settings
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
  • Proven experience in high-volume hiring environments (e.g., staffing agencies, light industrial, construction)
