Description We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure efficient and effective customer service. - Manage and support dispatchers, ensuring smooth coordination of activities and timely responses. - Lead and mentor a team to meet performance goals and maintain a high level of employee engagement. - Develop and implement operational strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments to align call center operations with overall business objectives.
