Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of high-impact projects and grow within a creative and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing and executing a wide range of corporate and promotional events
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, materials, transportation, and vendor management
Maintain event timelines and production schedules
Prepare and distribute event materials and promotional items
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Track inventory and maintain accurate event documentation
Work closely with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver successful experiences
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field
1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
