Sphirea Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of a wide range of events in the Atlanta area. The Events Assistant will work closely with the Events Coordinator and broader planning team to ensure seamless delivery of both internal and client-facing events.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with logistical planning, scheduling, and coordination of events

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to confirm details and requirements

  • Support onsite event setup, execution, and breakdown

  • Prepare event materials, signage, and promotional items

  • Monitor timelines, track budgets, and ensure deadlines are met

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide on-the-ground support during events

  • Maintain event documentation and provide post-event reporting and feedback

  • Ensure all events reflect the company’s brand standards and quality expectations

Qualifications



Qualifications

:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field

  • 1+ years of experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends

  • High attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event management tools is a plus
