As the Houseperson, you would ensure guests are treated with an Aloha Spirit, accurately and efficiently, and provide guests with service that anticipates their needs. Schedule Details: The Housekeeping Department operates 7 days per week. Our Houseperson Team Members will work generally from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, but may need to accommodate a flexible schedule based on business needs. Additional Responsibilities Include: Maintain assigned public areas while meeting the property's standards of cleanliness. Reporting any maintenance deficiencies. Collection, distribution, restocking of linen and terry items. Trash disposal from carts and other assigned areas. Handling of guest requests or complaints. Deep clean all assigned rooms and bathrooms. Turn in lost and found items as per department standard. Complete special cleaning projects. Greets guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. What are we looking for?
