We're seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a hands-on, full-cycle HR role for someone who thrives as a department of one - balancing strategy, compliance, and day-to-day support while helping to cultivate our strong, people-centered culture.

What You'll Do

As our HR Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of human resources, including:

• Talent Management: Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted partner to employees and leadership, fostering engagement and resolving issues with fairness and empathy.
• Benefits & Compensation: Manage employee benefits, open enrollment, and compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Performance & Development: Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and professional development initiatives.
• Compliance & Policy: Maintain compliance with employment laws, and develop/update HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Payroll Processing: Execute accurate bi-weekly multi-state payroll using iSolved.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion our values, recognize employee achievements, and support a positive work environment.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a small or mid-sized company.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations (multi-state experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and strategically, while also handling tactical day-to-day HR operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping people succeed.
• Comfortable wearing many hats - from compliance to culture building.
