College degree or above, major in HVAC or related fields. More than 3 years of experience in HVAC design or engineering implementation, those with experience in large-scale project HVAC engineering are preferred. Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD and Revit; with the ability of drawing review, on-site problem solving and project management. Good English communication skills, those who can use English as a working language are preferred. Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit. Responsible for the design, installation and commissioning of HVAC systems; prepare technical plans, construction drawings and bill of quantities to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer needs. Participate in on-site survey of projects, provide technical guidance, solve technical problems in construction; supervise the construction process to ensure that equipment installation, commissioning and acceptance meet design specifications and contract requirements. Select cost-effective HVAC equipment according to project needs; review technical parameters of materials and equipment, assist the procurement department in cost control and ensure quality. Lead or participate in system commissioning, performance testing and energy efficiency optimization to ensure stable operation of the system. Coordinate with design units, construction units, owners and other parties to promote the smooth implementation of the project.
