The Opportunity

As part of the Data and Analytics team you focus on using data and analytics to provide strategic insights and drive informed decisions for clients. As a Senior Manager, you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence.

You interact with clients at a senior level, leveraging your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results, while motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 6 years of experience

- Master's Degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics,

Statistics, or Engineering preferred

- Monitoring and interpreting macroeconomic events and key trends

- Delivering valuable economic viewpoints

- Providing immediate analyzes for macroeconomic developments

- Developing market-making unique points of view

- Contributing to economic analytic analysis

- Developing client-focused analysis for strategic conversations

- Managing stakeholder deliverables and engagements

- Building a personal knowledge base through proactive research

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
