We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Analytics Support Analyst to serve as the core engine behind the team's data operations. This team is essential for enhancing the initial customer experience—from welcome communications to tailored upsell offers—and your role will be to ensure every campaign is accurately measured and understood.

While you won't be writing marketing copy or making final analytical decisions, you will be responsible for driving data operations and reporting , providing the flawless foundation upon which all campaign analysis is built. Responsibilities:

You will provide essential support and reporting for end-to-end campaign analysis and our 'test & learn' framework, specifically for email campaigns and other marketing efforts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Campaign Analysis and Reporting: Execute end-to-end performance analysis of marketing campaigns, including email and other channels, by pulling and synthesizing necessary data and reporting metrics.
• Dashboard Management: Proactively pull, update, and validate data within existing dashboards, primarily utilizing Tableau, to provide up-to-the-minute campaign performance numbers and metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Test & Learn Support: Assist in measuring the results of A/B testing and other experimentation efforts within the marketing campaigns to help the team evaluate optimal strategies for customer engagement.
• Data Preparation: Work closely with the broader analytics and data teams to extract and aggregate necessary information, ensuring data integrity for all reporting.
• Presentation & Communication: Transform complex data and campaign findings into clear, digestible, and well-structured presentations using PowerPoint for internal consumption by marketing and leadership teams.
• Workflow Management: Manage the reporting workflow for approximately 4 campaigns per month while proactively scoping and preparing analysis for 2-4 campaigns for the following month, in addition to handling ad-hoc reporting requests.
• Operational Support: Act as the dedicated support function within the Marketing Analytics workflow, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reporting functions.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of professional experience in a Marketing Analytics role (a must-have).
• Demonstrated proficiency with dashboarding and data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• Strong familiarity with marketing campaign metrics, especially for digital channels like email.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a relentless focus on data accuracy and integrity.
• Proven flexibility and adaptability to manage shifting priorities and a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Ability to work in a support role, executing analysis and reporting with precision to enable the team to make strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly in a professional format (PowerPoint).
