Fluor has an immediate need for a resource to enhance our support capabilities in supporting Salesforce.com on the Sales and NetZero modules. We are looking part-time but would be a long term situation with the right candidate. Location is remote and most of the user base is on the East Coast of US. Job Summary: Fluor is seeking proactive and skilled Salesforce Developer Support to join our team and provide support on Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in core Salesforce application development and maintenance. Candidate will collaborate closely with administrators, application leads, and business managers, ensuring adherence to Fluor's Enterprise applications guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Salesforce application: - Develop and customize to meet business requirements. - Provide ongoing steady state support and maintenance. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues. - Implement enhancements and new features. - Stay updated on platform updates and new features. - Current scope are the Sales and NetZero modules

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with expertise in core sales applications. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components). - Experience with Salesforce customization and integration of 2+ years. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work collaboratively as a team player. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Preferred, Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
