Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled UX Content Designer to join our team and support the modernization of primary sales tools and experiences for independent agents and sales call center representatives. The ideal candidate will work in a collaborative, agile environment to create best-in-class digital tools aimed at increasing efficiency, improving satisfaction, and reducing expenses and tech costs. This role involves working closely with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver content solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in an agile environment with product owners, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Identify content opportunities to improve user experience through information architecture and language use.
  • Write concise, effective content adhering to tone, voice, and established standards.
  • Continuously seek and integrate user feedback to optimize content and evaluate UX effectiveness.
  • Coordinate across multiple projects and workstreams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Support the launch of new applications and product experiences as part of a company-wide tech modernization initiative.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in content design for internal-facing digital applications.
  • Proven track record of working on design teams and delivering impactful content solutions.
  • Experience supporting multiple agile software engineering teams in a scrum methodology environment.
  • Proficiency in content design and strategy methods such as content audits, competitive assessments, and user research.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Experience with Figma is preferred.
  • Portfolio of written work demonstrating creativity, problem-solving, and business impact.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or healthcare is a plus.
  • Highly collaborative with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.

Pay Range: $60 - $64.28

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
