Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of a wide variety of events, working closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to grow in the event coordination field.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure event needs are met
Manage logistics, timelines, and on-site setup/tear-down
Support with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing
Prepare materials and documentation related to event planning
Conduct post-event evaluations and generate reports
Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks related to events
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1–2 years of experience in event planning or a similar administrative/coordinator role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Positive attitude, team spirit, and strong attention to detail
