Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about event coordination and eager to contribute to the planning and execution of successful corporate and private events. The Events Assistant will support the Events Manager and team in all phases of event operations, ensuring smooth delivery and outstanding client experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments to ensure event needs are met
Prepare and maintain event documents, schedules, and checklists
Support on-site logistics, including event setup, registration, and troubleshooting
Manage inventory of event materials and supplies
Conduct post-event evaluations and report feedback to improve future events
Handle administrative duties related to events, such as contracts and invoice tracking
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event planning, hospitality, or administrative support
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Flexible availability for occasional evening or weekend events
